Officer in hospital after approaching Audi S3 in Hamilton ‘to engage occupants’
A police officer has been seriously injured after being hit by a car he had approached while on duty.
The officer, 33, was on on patrol when he approached an Audi S3 in Low Waters Road in Hamilton, Lanarkshire, at about 1pm on Friday, Police Scotland said.
