PC Adam Aspinall Da Encarnacao accused of sharing CCTV images of Natalie Shotter following alleged rape
A Metropolitan police officer has been charged with two counts of misconduct in public office after allegedly sharing images of a woman found dead in a Southall park following an alleged rape.
PC Adam Aspinall Da Encarnacao, attached to the policing team in the West Area of the Met, is due to appear at Westminster magistrates court on Monday. He was arrested on 12 September 2022 and suspended from duty.
