A judge has ruled that all 14 members of a Toowoomba religious sect on trial for the death of eight-year-old diabetic Elizabeth Struhs acted with a common purpose.

The prosecution has yet to prove that the “common purpose” was unlawful or that any of the defendants are guilty.
